Lady gave birth to a 6.3 lbs Buckling (Winter Storm) at 4:50am and then Gave birth to a 5.5 lbs Doeling (Snow Angle) at 5:18PM.
Roses Gave birth to a 10 lb Doeling (Dusty Rose) at 12:40am
We Brought home another Toggenburg Buck named Hot Maverick from the same well known breeder in Ohio.

We got a 8 week old pure bred Border Collie named Belle. She was born on October 9, 2008. When Belle grows up she will assist in the management of the herd.

We got our 3rd Toggenburg Doe named Macy from a breeder in Hillsboro, Ohio. Macy was born on March 15, 2008. She will be a great addition to our herd.
We got 2 mixed Boer goats Guns a 1 week old buckling and Roses a 1 1/2 week old Doe from the same breeder as we got Lady & Princess
We got Roy a 2 week old Alpine to keep Prince company.
We brought our first Toggenburg buck home from a breeder in Albany, New York. He was born on March 3, 2008. Prince is just a 5 day old little buckling.
Togg Valley Farm was registered with the American Dairy Goat Association as our herd name. Our tattoo was also registered.
The 17 chicks we ordered from Ideal Hatchery arrived via US mail. We ordered 10 Dominique pullets but due to the cold weather they threw in 7 extra baby Buff Orpington roosters for warmth.
We got our 2nd Toggenburg Doe named Princess from the same breeder as lady. She is Lady’s niece. She was born on July 10, 2007.
We received a straight run of 8 Dominique Chickens via US Mail from Ideal Hatchery. We ended up with 4 pullets and 4 roosters.
We bought our first Toggenburg goat Lady Lily from a young 4-H breeder we met at the county fair. She was born on June 20, 2007
We received 7 Dominique hens & 1 Barred Plymouth Rock Rooster from a neighbor. With the three rabbits we rescued over the summer our little farm is off to a pretty good start.
